The spring-driven exhaust hose reel is equipped with a mechanism that allows smooth hose uncoiling and coiling on the reel. The exhaust hose wound up on the reel is always at hand, which allows for quick and convenient attachment of the nozzle to the exhaust pipe. The service worker manually uncoils the hose from the reel, which is locked in the desired position thanks to the built-in ratchet mechanism.

The electric-driven hose reel works similarly to the spring version, with the difference that we have installed an electric motor in this version controlled by a wired or remote control. It means that uncoiling and coiling are automatic, with more significant precision, and there is an additional possibility of turning the fan on or off using the remote control or controller.

Ultra Heavy Duty

For the highest temperatures

Ultra heavy-duty hose reels, also known as high-temperature reels, are designed for applications requiring long hoses with large diameters. These reels are equipped with an electric drive controlled by a wired remote control or remotely. An additional guide along the entire width of the reel provides better control during the uncoiling and coiling of the hose. The temperature resistance of Ultra Heavy Duty models is up to +500°C.
