Extraction rail with electromagnetic connection and automatic disconnection

A quick and easy-to-use solution for fire stations

Automatic Nozzle Release—Ready When You Need It Most!

Always Ready for Action

The electromagnetic mounting system requires a continuous power supply, ensuring it’s always operational and prepared whenever needed.

With our automatic nozzle disconnection system, you can depend on a fast, safe, and reliable solution—designed for those critical moments when every second matters!

How electromagnetic system works

The nozzle inlet is positioned at the end of the exhaust pipe and secured using a high-performance electromagnet attached to a specially mounted plate on the vehicle body. As the vehicle exits the garage, it pulls the connected nozzle and the movable extraction trolley until the system automatically disconnects.

Safe and Efficient Operation

Automatic disconnection occurs at a predefined point, ensuring safety and efficiency. The electromagnet releases the nozzle by cutting off its power supply via a limit switch.
