Full integration of the extraction system with the production line
A fully automated, non-contact system will ensure continuous production line operation without toxic exhaust fumes in the work environment.
In non-contact systems, the personnel operating on the line do not have to worry about connecting the nozzle to the exhaust because every step is automated. The non-contact system has motion sensors that search for the gap between cars and adjust their position relative to the exhaust pipe.
An alignment test station is integrated with an exhaust gas extraction system
We recommend two solutions – a standard extraction system and a non-contact system adjusted to the factory’s needs.
In the standard system, the operator manually places the nozzle on the exhaust pipe. The rest of the process is carried out automatically. Disconnecting the nozzle or returning the trolley to the initial position is fully automated.
The non-contact system is fully automated. The station personnel do not have to worry about installing the nozzle because the extraction arm automatically adjusts its position to the exhaust pipe.

Test stands combined with an exhaust extraction system
We recommend underfloor systems equipped with an exhaust arm or flap system for test stands in vehicle factories.
A moveable exhaust arm with an underfloor installation has sensors to detect vehicle movement on the stand.
A mobile underfloor exhaust flap system with sensors to detect the vehicle’s position on the stand.
Battery charging system on the production line
It allows charging the battery while moving with the vehicle on the production line
The sensor system continuously checks the vehicle’s position, responding to any changes in speed or stopping the production line. After disconnecting the device from the vehicle, the charger automatically returns to the starting position.
