Vehicle inspection stations

The exhaust system for drive-through stations allows for technical inspections of vehicles to be carried out in an environment free from harmful car exhaust fumes

It's important to note that opening the doors won't improve air quality in our workspaces

This action alone won’t effectively air out the workspace and remove harmful fumes, a fact that we should all be aware of. We need a comprehensive solution for removing exhaust fumes from the workspace. Opening the gates won’t suffice, as the chemical compounds in exhaust fumes can linger in the workspace, even if we don’t feel their presence. This understanding reinforces the need for a more effective system.

In this case, the following technical solution is recommended for most stations equipped with drive-through stands. This solution involves the installation of an exhaust gas extraction system that operates along the entire length of the diagnostic line, effectively removing harmful car exhaust fumes from the workspace.

Best solution

Exhaust gas extraction from the diagnostic line

We recommend systems based on rail channels for vehicles in motion during periodic technical inspections. This solution will ensure the collection of exhaust gases along the entire length of the diagnostic line. Systems such as ALU 150 can be equipped with automatic suction nozzle release and automatic trolley return to the initial position.

Stationary exhaust extractors in Vehicle Inspection Stations

The extraction hose reels provide a wide operating range (up to 12 m) using the smallest possible hall space.
